1. No Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our services, which involve the time, effort, and expertise of the astrologer to analyze your specific birth chart, face reading, or horoscope, we do not offer refunds or returns once a service has been purchased or a consultation has been provided.
2. Service Disclaimer
- Basis of Service: All advice, instructions, and remedies provided are based solely on your individual birth chart, face reading, or horoscope details provided by you.
- Results Vary: Astrology is a spiritual guidance system. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual karma and circumstances. We do not guarantee 100% specific outcomes for any problem (marriage, career, health, etc.).
- No Guarantee: Payment is for the astrologer’s time and analysis, not for a guaranteed outcome. Lack of desired result is not grounds for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to reschedule your consultation to a mutually convenient time. Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
